Ingredients
- 3 cups coconut cream
- 1½ cup rum
- 3 cups condensed milk
- 6 egg yolks
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 vanilla pod split and scraped
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg to sprinkle
- Cinnamon sticks to garnish
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients but the nutmeg and cinnamon stick in a blender for 4 minutes.
- Put the drink in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
- Serve coquito chilled, with sprinkled nutmeg.
- Garnish with cinnamon stick.
